Booking

 

We ask that you book your appointment at least an hour in advance to allow time for your therapist to travel to you. 

 

Please notify us at least 2 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment if you become unable to make your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the treatment. (This also applies to bookings made within 2 hours that are cancelled) 

 

For treatments, our therapist will provide the massage couch, oils/products and music. We kindly ask that you have at least 3 large towels and a hand towel available. We are available to you 7 days a week from 9am to 11pm. Should you require an appointment outside of these hours, please call and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

Surcharge applies for bookings after 9.30pm.

Setting up the room

 

We recommend a quiet space in your home or place of booking with enough space for the massage couch and any necessary equipment. 

 

Payment Options

 

We accept Cash, Cheque, Credit cards, (including American Express) and PayPal.

 

Is there a time where I may be refused a treatment?

 

In case of contagious illnesses or other contraindications the treatment session will be rescheduled. It is important that you inform your therapist of any medical conditions you have. Please phone us if you have any concerns. 

 

The treatment will be terminated if you request any sexual service from our therapist. It is strictly a professional therapeutic service that we offer. We reserve the right to charge the full amount of the treatment if the session has been terminated early.
